To provide our testing services, we collect the following information:
- Contact Info: Name and email address.
- Target Info: App URL and testing credentials (if provided).
- Artifacts: Screen recordings, screenshots, and bug reports generated during testing.
2. How We Use the Data
We keep it simple. We use your data solely for:
- Performing the agreed-upon manual chaos testing.
- Delivering your bug reports and session recordings.
- Communicating with you about your service and results.
3. Screen Recordings & Sensitive Info
Our service relies on screen recordings to show you exactly how we found bugs.
- Recordings may capture user flows and data visible on screen during testing.
- We strongly recommend providing a staging or test environment whenever possible to avoid exposing production data.
- These recordings are shared only with you (the client).
4. Data Retention
We don't hold onto your data forever.
- Recordings: Deleted after 60 days to save space and ensure privacy.
- Credentials: Deleted immediately after the testing engagement is complete.
5. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to run our business:
- Payment Processing: DodoPayments (or similar secure processors).
- Hosting: Vercel.
- Analytics: None currently.
